Build Specs:

Sonnax accumulator plate cover with 3 additional bolts eliminating plate blowout.
SSV is reamed out and Transgo switch valves are installed to correct wear and leaks.
All valve body bores are vacuum tested to insure hydraulic integrity.
Heavy Duty billet channel plate is installed onto the valve body and torqued to our specifications - preventing cross leaks which results in premature transmission failure.
New O.E Mopar solenoid block.

Each Babymaker 2000 Valve Body begins with a thorough flat-sanding and inspection process to guarantee superior quality and function. We then meticulously assemble each unit, incorporating billet aluminum accumulator pistons that are far stronger than stock plastic components. These pistons feature three built-in seals to minimize scuffing and wear under pressure.

The billet channel plate adds rigidity and prevents flex during high loads and pressures, maintaining OEM depths on crucial circuits for accurate fluid delivery and reliability. The design is compatible with both stock and aftermarket transmission pans, requiring no modifications.

We also include a new separator plate to prevent warping and cross-leaks, along with a new accumulator cover plate, solenoid switch valve, and OEM solenoid pack for enhanced reliability. Each valve body undergoes rigorous testing on our in-house valve body dyno to ensure it operates at peak performance.

Compatibility:
This valve body is specifically designed for 2019+ Ram 2500 and 3500 models equipped with the 68RFE transmission only.

 

Notes:

This valve body will not fit the Ram 3500 with the Aisin AS69RC transmission.

This valve body will not fix existing ratio codes.
