The Cheetah is a 100% drop in replacement turbo so no need to modify parts to get it to work. Fleece Performance modifies the compressor wheel from the stock 60mm to a 63mm Forge Milled Wheel that outflows stock big time! Not only do they modify the compressor wheel to flow more but they also modify the turbine wheel on the exhaust side. With the larger and better flowing turbine wheel this will allow your exhaust to escape quicker causing less drive pressure making your engine happier.
