Blessed Performance Titanium Exhaust Manifold Studs are the ultimate holding power for your exhaust manifolds on your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. Improve function over the poor factory design while gaining impressive looks under the hood of your truck with a heat treated and blued set of Titanium Exhaust Manifold Studs for your engine.
The use of old and tired factory exhaust manifold bolts or studs, especially in an aftermarket header/turbo setup, can result in stripped or broken bolts plus inadequate clamping force. All of this results in exhaust leaks and poor turbo spool up times. This stud kit looks great and will allow you to properly secure the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head without experiencing sealing problems, stud/nut failure, or ugly and troublesome rust and corrosion. Titanium is ~45% lighter, stronger, and will not corrode like your stock steel bolts or studs.
Blessed Performance Titanium Stud Kits are made of high quality Ti 6Al-4V and incorporate a hex key tip that allows you to easily install our studs using a common Allen wrench. Titanium 12-point nuts and washers are included.
Each M8 stud/washer/nut assembly weighs only 11.5g!
